Reporting to Manager Maintenance

• Responsible for complete preventive Maintenance of the Patient Accommodations.
• Responsible for material & Tools management required for Preventive Maintenance.
• Assisting maintenance manager for the works carried out in the maintenance department.
• Responsible for Maintenance energy monitoring and reporting.
• Responsible for the complaint management system, and maintaining zero pending tickets.
• Responsible for the maintaining the log books with the daily parameters.
• Responsible for the execution of project related works under electrical and plumbing trades.
