Job Summary

• Knowledge on PDM. Selection of terminals, connectors, wires, cables, enclosures.
• Knowledge on PLM preferably Teamcenter.
• Develop electrical schematics (2D) and cable routing (3D) (Preferred MS Visio and SolidWorks / Creo).
• Generate and release engineering drawings in Teamcenter and Engineering Change Notices.
• Schedule design activities and coordinate with other design teams to ensure timely completion of projects per plan and pre-set parameter for new design projects and development of existing products.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Understand Electric circuit networks. Ability to develop and understand electrical schematics and how they are related to physical systems.
• Understand applicator function, crimp theory, different harness manufacturing tools.
• Good knowledge on engineering concepts.
• Ability to handle large assemblies and configurations in MS Visio.
• Good Knowledge on any PDM & PLM tools.
• Experience on Engineering change management (ECR/ECO) process.
• Able to work on global product development projects independently.
• Good project planning, communication and interpersonal skills.
