Role & responsibilities

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the electrical design team, ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of electrical design for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical System Studies: Perform and manage ETAP simulations for electrical system studies, ensuring optimal system design and performance.
• Equipment & Cable Sizing: Handle the sizing of electrical equipment and cables based on project requirements and standards.
• Load List & Layout Engineering: Prepare detailed load lists and oversee the layout engineering of electrical systems.
• Vendor Document Review: Review technical documents from vendors for equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of engineers, providing guidance and technical support to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Specification Preparation: Prepare and review technical specifications for LT (Low Tension) and HT (High Tension) switchgear, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.

• Project Management: Knowledge of project management principles and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Required Skills and Qualifications:
