Mahindra & Mahindra Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Manager - E&E CDMM & STA to drive New Product Development for electrical components, optimize costs with ZBC and VAVE without sacrificing quality, and implement advanced manufacturing processes for high-quality production.

You will identify alternative suppliers, push productivity improvements, negotiate favorable terms, and coordinate with Design, SCM, Quality, and suppliers while using SAP MM for procurement and PO management to resolve

Qualifications

• Experience 5-8 years in the auto OEM sector.
• BE - Electrical / EC degree.
• General requirements.

• Work on New Product Development (NPD) for electrical components.
• Optimize costs using Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and VAVE without compromising quality.
• Implement advanced manufacturing processes for high-quality production.
• Identify and onboard alternative suppliers to strengthen the supply chain.
• Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost savings and favorable terms.
• Provide technical guidance to suppliers to meet company standards.
• Use SAP MM for procurement, including creating and managing POs.
• Collaborate with Design, Supplier, SCM, Quality, and other teams to meet project goals.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical and supply chain issues.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Work on New Product Development (NPD) for Electrical components. Optimize costs using Zero-Based Costing (ZBC) and Value Analysis (VAVE) without reducing quality. Implement advanced manufacturing processes for high-quality production. Identify and onboard alternative suppliers for a robust supply chain. Drive productivity improvements and operational efficiency. Negotiate with suppliers for cost savings and favorable terms. Provide technical guidance to suppliers to align with company standards. Utilize SAP MM module for procurement, including creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO). Collaborate with Design, Supplier, SCM, Quality, and other teams to achieve project goals. Ensure timely resolution of technical and supply chain issues.
