Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Experience with PLC/HMI programming and industrial control software configuration.
• Strong foundation in electrical engineering, control systems, circuit design, and industrial automation.
• Ability to test, troubleshoot, and commission electrical and automation systems.
• Experience with on-site technical support and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with safety standards, wiring practices, and codes.

Role Description

The Electrical Automation & Application Engineer will work on-site in Cherlapally- Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions for special purpose machines and handling equipment. Daily responsibilities include designing electrical control systems, programming and configuring automation software (such as PLCs, HMIs, and related platforms), and integrating hardware and software in the Control Panels for seamless machine operation. The role involves conducting testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment, as well as providing technical support during installation and post-deployment phases. The engineer will collaborate with mechanical and production teams, prepare documentation such as wiring diagrams and test reports, and ensure compliance with safety standards and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering, including control systems, circuit design, and industrial automation.
• Experience in Software Development related to automation, such as PLC/HMI programming and configuration of industrial control software.
• Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering concepts to collaborate effectively on special purpose machine and handling equipment design.
• Capability in Testing, including functional testing, validation, troubleshooting, and commissioning of electrical and automation systems.
• Experience in Technical Support, providing on-site and post-installation support, resolving issues, and liaising with customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards, wiring practices, and relevant codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective communication skills for technical documentation, reporting, and customer interaction.
