Job summary

Nokia Group in Bengaluru seeks a Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs, from initiation to closure. You will develop plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts, track progress, and drive KPI reporting to ensure targets are met within time and cost constraints.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of PM experience, proven multi-stakeholder delivery, and strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Experience with project planning and execution, Risk and issue management, Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders

• Manage third-party vendors and partners
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned

Job description

Project Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programs from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programs achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.

Your responsibilities

Your skills and experience

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of project management experience
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Expereince with Project planning and execution, Risk and issue management, Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Nice-To-Have:

• PMP or Agile certification
• Experience in IT, cloud, infrastructure, or network programs
