Job summary

Nokia Corp. is seeking a Domain Architect in India to lead a team in one of our Solution Areas, delivering thought leadership in customer engagement and ensuring quality delivery with KPI tracking.

You will manage stakeholder engagements, drive regional decisions, and identify sales opportunities while coordinating senior and junior consultants on complex system integration projects. The role requires 10+ years in IMS projects, deep knowledge of SBC platforms (OpenStack, VMware, RMS) and cloud

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IMS project experience with BE/B.Tech.
• Experience with IMS Core Equipment: SBC, CFX, NTAS.
• Knowledge of IMS network and SBC products incl OpenStack SBC, VMware SBC, RMS SBC, Cloud CBIS, CBAM.
• Experience in Cloud SBC, VMware SBC, RMS SBC design & deployment.
• Understanding of Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Manage Nokia internal stakeholder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.
• Build understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.
• Demonstrate operational and commercial knowledge to build credibility and identify sales opportunities.
• Define new and innovative delivery models and package integrated solutions including Nokia Nets portfolio.
• Lead training, development, and coordination of activities of junior consultants and project teams.
• System integration project and execution plan management.
• Ensure competent resources on time, every time.

Job description

In this role, the Domain Architect will be responsible for managing team for one of Solution Area and bring thought leadership in customer engagement. Candidate will also be responsible for quality delivery and delivery project KPI tracking and adhering.

Your responsibilities

Manage Nokia Internal Stake holder engagements with solution capabilities from multiple sources and technologies.

• Build understanding and preference for Nokia products and solutions by influencing regional team decisions and strategic direction.
• Demonstrate significant operational as well as commercial knowledge of clients' business and uses this to build credibility as well as identify sales opportunities.
• Define new & innovative delivery model and package integrated solutions not only limited to Nokia Net's portfolio Leads training, development, and co-ordination of activities of more junior consultants, and regularly leads project teams.
• System Integration Project and execution plan management.

Ensuring competent resources on time every time.

Your skills and experience

Must have:

• 10+ years of experience in IMS Projects with BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree.
• Experience for IMS Core Equipment: SBC, CFX, NTAS
• Knowledge of IMS Network and functionality of products such as Openstack SBC, Vmware SBC, RMS SBC, Cloud CBIS, CBAM. Should be familiar with SBC call flows & KPI’s.
• Experience in Cloud SBC, Vmware SBC, RMS SBC Design & Deployment
• Understanding Technical Notes, Protocol Specs, Method of Procedure.

Good to have:

• Linux knowledge is an advantage.
• Basic understanding ofProject Management skill is an advantage.
• Computer: MS Office, Teams.
