Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Safety, Engineering, or relevant field.
• 4-8 years of EHS/HSE experience, preferably in real estate/construction.
• Knowledge of BOCW, PTW, safety regulations, ISO 45001, risk assessment, and construction safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site safety and ensure compliance with EHS policies and regulations.
• Implement and monitor the Work Permit/Permit-to-Work system for high-risk activities.
• Ensure compliance with BOCW and labour safety requirements.
• Conduct site safety inspections, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and risk assessments.
• Monitor PPE, working at height, scaffolding, excavation, lifting, electrical, and fire safety.
• Maintain safety documents, registers, permits, inspection records, and incident reports.
• Coordinate with project supervisors, contractors, and workers to resolve safety issues.
• Support ISO 45001/ISO 14001 implementation, audits, and corrective actions.
• Monitor labour camp safety, hygiene, sanitation, fire safety, and welfare facilities.
• Investigate incidents/near misses and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly EHS reports.

Job description

We are looking for an EHS Supervisor with 4-8 years of experience in real estate/construction projects to ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory requirements, and company EHS policies across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily site safety and ensure compliance with EHS/HSE policies and safety regulations.
