Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an EHS professional to lead the overall EHS organization at project sites in Maharashtra. You will ensure deployment of EHS Policy and the Integrated Management System, and drive site-specific guidelines and risk assessments.

You will develop and deliver training for staff, subcontractors, workers and visitors, monitor EHS performance, and implement corrective and preventive actions while establishing emergency response procedures at the project site.

Qualifications

• EHS management responsibilities across operations.
• Design and deliver site training programs.
• Develop and implement project-specific guidelines and procedures.
• Prepare risk assessments for projects and conduct training.
• Identify and impart site-specific training for staff, subcontractors, workers and visitors.
• Monitor proactive and reactive EHS performance and drive corrective actions.
• Establish and maintain emergency preparedness and response procedures at the project site.
