Job summary

Larsen & Toubro Limited in Kolkata is seeking an EHS professional to implement site safety plans, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure hazard-free environments on EPC projects.

You will maintain HSE records, investigate incidents, verify tools, and promote safe practices among employees and subcontractors on active sites. EPC project exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Attend toolbox talks and field safety briefings to ensure implementation of site safety plan.
• Carry out safety inspections to ensure hazard-free environment.
• Verify tools and equipment to ensure availability and safe conditions.
• Promote safe practice at site via dialogue/orientation programs/audit findings.
• Maintain all HSE records of accidents, near misses and dangerous occurrences.
• Provide analytical information to project safety leads.
• Investigate all accidents, near misses and unsafe acts.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and disposal of substances, etc.
