Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an EHS professional to implement safety measures, conduct audits, and lead a proactive safety culture at the Vadodara project site. The role focuses on accident investigation, risk assessment, and delivering training across construction activities.

The candidate will collaborate with site teams and agencies to promote compliance with regulations and standards, driving continuous improvement in EHS performance on the project.

Qualifications

Job description

Should be able to implement LSRs and drive vision know harms among site team. Having knowledge of Accident Investigation & Prevention, work at height, permit to work, Lockout & Tag Out, Construction safety management, Risk assessment, Rigging, Training skills of all the EHS related construction activities. Should be able to work closely with the site team including agencies and develop a proactive EHS culture in the project.

Implementing safety measures and promoting a safe working environment. Conducting safety audits and inspections. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Investigating accidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement preventative measures. Designing and conducting safety training programs. Supervising and guiding safety precautions. Take new EHS initiatives at site. Take 5 drives at site with EHSOs.
