Job summary

ValueLabs is seeking an organized EDI Project Coordinator to manage day-to-day electronic data interchange operations, monitor transaction flows, and coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal teams.

You will track issues, ensure timely resolutions, verify data accuracy, and maintain SLA compliance, while facilitating cross-functional discussions and keeping stakeholders informed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure EDI transactions are transmitted and received successfully.
• Review reports, alerts, and logs to identify failures or delays.
• Coordinate resolution of failed transactions with internal analysts and external partners.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and carriers regarding EDI issues.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure data quality and SLA compliance before production deployment.
• Log, track, and escalate EDI incidents to leadership when needed.

Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor EDI transaction flows and daily file processing activities. Ensure inbound and outbound EDI transactions are successfully transmitted and received. Review transaction reports, alerts, and exception logs to identify failures or delays. Coordinate resolution of failed transactions with internal EDI analysts and external insurance partners. Client and Carrier Communication Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and carriers regarding EDI-related issues. Provide timely updates on incidents, outages, file delays, and implementation progress. Communicate issue status, root causes, action plans, and expected resolutions. Facilitate meetings and discussions between internal teams and external stakeholders. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients and carriers. Quality and Compliance Management Ensure EDI files meet quality standards before production deployment. Verify data accuracy and completeness within transactions. Monitor SLA compliance and transaction processing metrics. Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to established EDI processes and standards. Incident and Escalation Management Log and track all EDI-related issues through closure. Prioritize incidents based on business impact. Escalate critical issues to EDI leadership when required. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve timely resolution.
