Job summary

You will oversee client onboarding with EDI and API integrations, shape relational database design, champion QA practices, and translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and foster the growth of a high-performing technical team (minimum 3 years of direct team management required).
• Client Onboarding & Integrations: Drive complex customer system integrations, utilizing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and APIs.
• Technical Architecture: Oversee and advise on relational database design, management techniques, and information processing principles.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain robust system and software quality assurance (QA) best practices and methodologies.
• Stakeholder & Customer Relations: Function in a critical customer-facing capacity, translating complex technical concepts into simple, actionable steps for business stakeholders.
• Execution Excellence: Prioritize and execute technical tasks effectively within fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
