- Technically coordinates and supports the administration of electronic data transfer processes
- Provide initial support for EDI and Data issues
- Coordinate EDI implementations with new EDI partners
- Work with trading partners to resolve any issues
- Analyze current process in order to make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to maintain effective EDI relationships
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of Benefits administration/Healthcare enrollment
- Should have IBM sterling knowledge (Mapping)
- Should have MFT (Managed File Transfer) knowledge
- Expert understanding of mandatory loops (2000 Member, 2100 Member Name, 2300 Health Coverage)
- Must be organized and self-motivated
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external clients
- Must be able to maintain confidential information
- Strong MS Office Suite knowledge
- SQL skills & Benadmin tool skills
- Handle 2 or more projects
