Vserve Ebusiness Solutions India Private Limited, based in Coimbatore, is seeking a hands-on Catalog Operations Lead with 4+ years of experience in catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and marketplace platforms. The role requires strong Excel skills, client-facing communication, and a solid understanding of SEO and inventory control.

The candidate will manage a mid-size team and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and operational reporting.
• Confident verbal and written communication for client calls and escalation handling.
• Knowledge of complete SEO and Marketplace operations to understand client needs.
• Understanding of Catalogue and Inventory to support teammates on required work.
• Awareness of business ethics as you handle client work directly.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15 associates in a results-driven catalog operations setup.
• Own catalog management, product listings, taxonomy, and platform workflows (Shopify/BigCommerce/Amazon).
• Analyze data, perform RCA, and deliver operational reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with clients during calls and for escalations; ensure client satisfaction.
• Oversee SEO and marketplace activities to align with client requirements.
• Supervise catalog/inventory processes to support team members effectively.
