Upyogaa, a D2C brand for Health & fitness products, seeks an E-commerce Marketplace Manager for its Gurgaon office. You will lead sales, ads, and operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, and Blinkit, and optimize listings, images, and keywords.

Analyze performance data, manage campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve inventory, pricing, and content in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience handling ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, etc.).
• Experience running ad campaigns with strong performance optimization.
• Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from performance data.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, ads, and operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Blinkit, and others.
• Optimize product listings titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content, and more.
• Monitor inventory and pricing to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics, conversions, reviews, and returns; implement improvements.
• Launch and manage campaigns such as Sponsored Ads and Lightning Deals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and content updates.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity across platforms.
• Use Excel to track KPIs related to sales, inventory, returns, and efficiency.

What You'll Do

This is a full-time In-Office role for a Marketplace Manager in E-commerce located in Gurgaon.

• Manage sales, ads, and operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Nykaa, Tata 1mg, Blinkit, and others.
• Optimize product listings titles, descriptions, images, keywords, A+ content, and more.
• Monitor inventory, pricing to ensure smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics, conversion rates, reviews, returns, and suggest improvements.
• Analyze data from e-commerce platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Launch and manage campaigns like Sponsored Ads, Lightning Deals, and other platform tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and content updates.
• Stay ahead of trends and competitor activity across platforms
• Use Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, inventory, returns, and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience handling ecommerce marketplaces (Amazon, Nykka, Myntra, Blinkit and others).
• Experience in running ad campaigns with strong performance optimization.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills are required
• Working knowledge of marketplace SEO and A+ content creation for ecommerce.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for analysis and reporting.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance data.
• Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and love taking full ownership of your work.

Qualications

• Must Have: B.tech degree from Tier 1,2 Institute/ Marketing degree
