Marketplace Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly driven Marketplace Growth Manager to lead and scale our marketplace business across Amazon, Flipkart, Blink it, Zepto, and other leading eCommerce & Quick Commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Growth & Business Ownership
• Own the P&L and revenue growth across all marketplace and quick commerce channels.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market share.
• Identify opportunities to expand product visibility, assortment, and category penetration.
• Drive month-on-month GMV, revenue, and contribution margin growth.
• Build platform-specific growth strategies for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Big Basket, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
• Monitor category trends, competitor pricing, assortment, and promotional activities.
• Improve product discoverability through SEO, content optimization, and catalog enhancement.
• Manage new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Performance Marketing & Marketplace Ads
• Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns.
• Manage Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP (preferred), and Quick Commerce promotional campaigns.
