Job Type - On-site, 6 Days Working (Monday to Saturday)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating across internal teams, handling order fulfillment, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Fulfilment & Dispatch: Oversee end-to-end order management from processing to dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with multiple verticals including Streetwear, Customer Care, Fulfilment, and Logistics to maintain smooth operations.
• Daily Reporting: Maintain and share daily reports on online sales, order status, inventory, delivery performance, and customer feedback.
• Platform Management: Work extensively on Shopify to update products, manage stock levels, track orders, and troubleshoot platform-related issues.

Who’s a Good Fit?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-commerce, with a focus on order fulfilment and operations.
• Familiarity with Shopify is essential.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and tracking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience or interest in streetwear, fashion, or sneakers is a plus!
