Job summary

Beyond Border Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented auditor to conduct end-to-end audits of ecommerce platforms. You will verify policy adherence, listing accuracy, pricing integrity, and promotional compliance across multiple marketplaces and D2C sites.

You will document findings with evidence, ratings, and remediation plans, collaborating with legal, operations, and tech teams to align audit frameworks with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and local laws.

Qualifications

• Must handle data-driven audits across e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with compliance standards (PCI-DSS, ISO 27001) is preferred.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and seller portals is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end audits of e-commerce platforms for policy violations and seller non-compliance.
• Validate inventory, pricing, and promotional compliance across marketplaces and D2C sites.
• Document audit findings with evidence trails, risk ratings, and remediation plans.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and tech teams to design audit frameworks per industry standards.
• Leverage data analytics to detect abuse patterns, fake reviews, or suspicious activity.
• Present audit summaries and risk dashboards to leadership for data-driven decisions.

About the Opportunity

Our team audits digital storefronts, fulfillment workflows, seller onboarding, and transactional data to uphold trust, transparency, and scalability in high-growth digital commerce environments.

Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end audits of e-commerce platforms, identifying policy violations, listing discrepancies, payment anomalies, and seller non-compliance.
• Validate inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and promotional compliance across multiple marketplaces and direct-to-consumer sites.
• Document audit findings with clear evidence trails, risk ratings, and actionable remediation plans for internal and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and tech teams to design audit frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, local consumer protection laws).
• Leverage data analytics tools to detect patterns of abuse, duplicate listings, fake reviews, or suspicious seller behavior at scale.
• Present audit summaries and risk dashboards to leadership, enabling data-driven decisions to strengthen marketplace governance.
