Job summary

Techgen Cyber Solution Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced regulatory affairs professional to own end-to-end regulatory and compliance governance for products, including design, certification, market access, and lifecycle commercialization.

You will manage certifications (cETL/ETL/UL, CSA, CE, UKCA, AU/NZ) and energy compliance, coordinate audits, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, Supply Chain, Legal, and Ecommerce teams across multinational markets.

Qualifications

• End-to-end regulatory and compliance governance across product design, certification, market access, and lifecycle commercialization.
• Experience managing compliance for appliances, electronics, or consumer durables across multiple countries.
• Hands-on knowledge of relevant certifications (cETL/ETL, DOE, CE, UKCA, AU/NZ) and energy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ecommerce marketplace compliance across major platforms and others.
• End-to-end product regulatory compliance across all countries and channels (ecommerce + non-ecommerce).
• Manage certifications: cETL / ETL / UL, CSA, CE, UKCA, AU/NZ (SAA / RCM / EESS).
• Ensure compliance with energy regulations: US DOE, NRCan, CEC, EU EcoDesign, AU requirements.
• Maintain regulatory documentation: DoC, test reports, labeling, manuals.
• Conduct audits, compliance monitoring, and risk mitigation.
• Protect revenue by preventing listing suppression, delisting, and regulatory failures.
• Integrate compliance into product development, sourcing, and packaging.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, QA, Supply Chain, Legal, and Ecommerce teams.

The Opportunity

• End-to-end product regulatory compliance across all countries and channels (ecommerce + non-ecommerce)
• Manage certifications: cETL / ETL / UL, CSA, CE, UKCA, AU/NZ (SAA / RCM / EESS)
• Ensure compliance with energy regulations: US DOE, NRCan, CEC, EU EcoDesign, AU requirements
• Maintain regulatory documentation: DoC, test reports, labeling, manuals

Candidate Profile

• 8–15 years of experience in Product Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, or Ecommerce Compliance
• Strong experience in appliances, electronics, or consumer durables
• Proven track record managing multi-country compliance (US, Canada, UK/EU, Australia)
• Hands‑on knowledge of cETL, DOE, CE, UKCA, AU/NZ certifications and energy compliance
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial awareness

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related discipline) is mandatory
• Advanced qualifications in regulatory affairs, compliance, or quality systems are an advantage
