Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on e-commerce performance across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and other platforms.
• Track KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, sales trends, profit margins, AOV, and customer retention.
• Evaluate product performance, pricing strategy, inventory levels, and competitive landscape.
• Develop dashboards and reports to provide visibility into sales, operations, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support repricing, MAP monitoring, and margin analysis for marketplace listings.
• Conduct A/B testing and provide insights to optimize listings, ads, and promotions.
• Translate raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace analytics, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or Shopify analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in pricing, demand forecasting, and margin optimization is a plus.
