Job summary

Emerson invites a Proposal Engineer to join our India team, focusing on Ovation DCS, ECMS, and I&C package solutions. You will plan proposals, closely collaborate with Sales/Marketing to capture customer requirements, and conduct plant surveys to identify retrofit challenges.

You will coordinate with procurement, work with vendors on techno-commercial offers, and use costing tools to ensure cost-effective proposals. A strong emphasis on documentation and quality procedures guides every step.

Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E is essential with 7-10 years of DCS/Power Plant Electrical/Proposals experience.
• Knowledge of Hardware and Software functions of DCS/SCADA systems.
• Experience leading projects and interacting with customers (internal and external).
• Strong communication skills.

• The candidate should have experience leading the project or manage project related tasks, interaction with customers (internal and external)
