Job summary

Michael Page's client, a leading diversified financial services firm, seeks a senior Investment Banking professional to originate and execute Equity Capital Markets transactions from Mumbai. You will lead end-to-end execution across Industrials and Chemicals sectors and manage high-profile live deals.

You will develop relationships with promoters, CXOs and other decision-makers, advise on capital structure and fundraising strategies, and coordinate with internal teams across IB, M&A,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment banking
• Deep understanding of private capital markets including investor universe mapping and fund strategy
• Experience leading end-to-end live ECM transactions

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute Equity Capital Markets transactions across Industrials and Chemicals sectors
• Develop and maintain relationships with promoters, CXOs, and key decision-makers within target companies
• Identify opportunities for IPOs, QIPs, rights issues, follow-on offerings, block deals, and other capital-raising transactions
• Drive client coverage initiatives and build a robust sector-specific pipeline
• Advise clients on capital structure, equity fundraising strategies, market positioning, and timing of transactions
• Coordinate with internal product teams including Investment Banking, M&A, Institutional Equities, and Research
