Job summary

Infosys is looking for a Scrum Master located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective communication within teams. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle EBS and Agile methodologies.

They will be responsible for assisting the Product Owner with backlog prioritization and implementing process improvements. Prior implementation experience with Oracle EBS R12 is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning and Daily Standups.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Should be able to facilitate the Scrum process/ceremonies seamlessly: This includes conducting Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Host Daily Standup, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Should be able to facilitates collaboration and communication between team players and leadership to ensure a successful project outcome.
• Should be aware of Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices
• Facilitate communication: Responsible for ensuring that there is clear communication between the team, the Product Owner, and any other stakeholders.
• Assist Product Owner with the Product Backlog prioritization.
• Implementing process changes and steps to improve teams productivity.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Should have strong Functional and Application knowledge, in Oracle EBS R12 Modules Shipping, MSCA, WMS, and Inventory modules.
• Should have hands on implementation experience of Oracle EBS R12 WMS functions like Picking, Put-away, Task Management Cross docking, Barcode label printing, hand-held devices / scanners, 3PL
• Should have experience of designing and delivering complex custom solutions in highly integrated applications like integrating 3rd Party WMS, Transportation Management, Trade Compliance and excise applications, Weights Dimensions, EDI with Oracle EBS Knowledge on Transportation Management, PDH/PIM, SCP modules will be an added advantage
• Knowledge on end-to-end processes Order to Cash, Procure Pay, Master data management, Intercompany processes is a must
