Job Title: Senior Software Engineer - Oracle EBS Technical

Job Summary: As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) technical solutions, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our Oracle EBS applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing customizations, extensions, and integrations, ensuring the reliability and scalability of our systems. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle EBS modules, strong coding skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS solutions, including customizations, extensions, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for EBS enhancements.

Coding And Implementation

Write efficient, reusable, and maintainable code in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and other relevant technologies. Implement and test solutions to meet business requirements, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Technical Expertise

Provide technical expertise in Oracle EBS modules, staying current with the latest updates and industry best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with the support and infrastructure teams.

Collaboration And Teamwork

Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to deliver Oracle EBS solutions that meet business objectives. Collaborate with team members to review code, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Documentation

Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations in accordance with coding standards. Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation for Oracle EBS applications.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the implementation of best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development, with expertise in modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS.
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Conversions, Interfaces, Workflows, and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
