Job summary

The Green Acres Academy is seeking a passionate Early Years Teacher to join our team. The position focuses on designing learning experiences, promoting a positive learning culture, and engaging young learners in meaningful activities.

The ideal candidate will hold ECC.Ed./ Montessori or B.Ed. (Nursery) and be ready to contribute to a nurturing environment that supports student growth and development. Shift: 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Qualifications: Diploma in Early Childhood (ECC.Ed.)/ Montessori Teaching OR a B.Ed. (Nursery)

Responsibilities

• Design Learning experiences: communicates goals and purpose
• Promotes a learning culture and positive behaviour
• Plans coherent lessons and effective instruction
• Assesses learning and adapts to learner needs
• Begins with learning objectives and creates quality assessments
• Manages classroom structures and fosters respectful relationships
