Mother Teacher (Pre-Primary)

We are searching for a well‑organized, qualified, and committed candidate to join our excellent faculty as a Mother Teacher for our Pre‑Primary segment for the Academic Year 2026‑27. She will be responsible for preparing and implementing a full educational teaching plan according to the school’s requirements.

She must know how to organise a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process. The goal is to help cultivate the students’ interest in education and be their dedicated ally in the entire process of learning and development.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience as a teacher with a minimum of 3-5 years of teaching experience in the Early Years.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and educational guidelines partnered with a willingness to follow the school policies and procedures.
• Proficient in the subject(s) he/she will be teaching.
• Improve skills and knowledge in teaching by regularly taking classes, attending workshops, and discovering new methods of delivering exciting content to students.
• Taking responsibility for the progress of a class.
• Organising the classroom and learning resources and creating displays to encourage a positive learning environment.
• Planning, preparing, and presenting differentiated lessons that cater to the needs of the whole ability range within their class.
