Job summary

Arotha Profconsul in Bengaluru seeks an experienced client servicing professional to manage key accounts and strengthen client relationships within IT services and consulting. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving retention.

You will analyze KPIs, coordinate with internal teams, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive service delivery, upselling opportunities, and effective issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a strong background in client servicing or account management.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction ratings through excellent communication skills, empathy for customers' needs, and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions used in the IT Services & Consulting industry; knowledge of relevant software applications such as CRM systems would be an asset.

Responsibilities
