Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts in India is seeking an HR leader to safeguard people, strengthen compliance, and shape employee relations and human rights across a diverse region. You will work at the heart of complex challenges, driving consistency, reducing risk, and supporting leaders through critical decisions.

In this role you will lead and manage complex employee relations cases, drive the implementation of responsible labour practices, and partner with HR teams to develop policies and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, law, or related field with at least 5 years in HR leadership or operations.
• Strong experience in employee relations, compliance or labour‑related matters.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, human rights or responsible labour practices.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Your Day to Day

What We Need From You
