Job summary

ADP is hiring a Principal Oracle eBusiness Suite ERP DBA to support a large, global ERP environment. The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience across Oracle ERP Applications and databases (11g/12c/19c), with deep knowledge of R12.1/12.2, OAF, XML Reports, Java, and REST interfaces.

Key duties include 24x7 support, complex process troubleshooting, scripting in shell/Python, and automation using Ansible and Jenkins to drive efficiency and reliability in ERP operations.

Qualifications

Principal Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 (ERP) Database and Application DBA with demonstrated ERP experience in managing and supporting the global ERP architecture 10+ years of solid hands-on experience as an Oracle ERP Applications DBA combined with Oracle Applications system administrator and Oracle database administrator to support a Global Oracle ERP database 11g /12c /19c and Oracle ERP Application R12.1/R12.2. Extensive experience managing Oracle ERP R12, including the development, implementing, and troubleshooting of complex business logic using Oracle Application Framework, XML Reports, Java, JVM, JSP, Oracle Report, Interfaces, conversion and workflow, jQuery, Python, SQL, PL/SQL, shell scripts. Extensive experience building and managing Oracle ERP database components like APEX, ORDS, Oracle SQL Gateways, SOA, Workflow, REST, and Database replication technologies Experience with tuning and troubleshooting large-scale Oracle ERP Application R12 and its components, including SQL, PL/SQL, Java code, Oracle Reports, OC4J, Frameworks, and JSPs. Proficiency in automation and re-engineering for improved efficiency in DBA and ERP processes using shell scripting, Python, Ansible, and Jenkins. Knowledge in AIX v7.1/v7.2, Linux, IBM P series hardware, Storage Area Network, IBM and EMC storage technology is an added advantage. Provide 24x7 support coverage on a large mission-critical global ERP system.
