Qualifications

E41 - Product Engineer - Electrical/Electronics (Wiring Harness)

Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain 2D/3D models and manufacturing drawings using Creo for control panels of Engines and Gensets, alternators, and harness assemblies.
• Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, interconnection drawings, and cable routing layouts.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, including BOMs, cable schedules, termination schedules, assembly drawings, and GA drawings.
• Support engineering change management, revision control, and document release processes through Windchill PLM.
• Perform drawing reviews and ensure compliance with engineering standards, customer requirements, and quality processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related Engineering discipline.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in electrical design and drafting, preferably in control panels, electrical systems, or industrial equipment.
• Proficiency in Creo (2D/3D) and Windchill PLM.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control panel design, Junction box design, harness design, and cable routing.
• Experience in BOM preparation, engineering documentation, revision control, and engineering change management.
• Preferred exposure to Industrial, Power Generation, Marine, Construction, Mining, or Automotive applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
