Job summary

ECLAT Health Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking a proficient cardiology coder to ensure precise ICD-10-CM coding and compliant E/M billing for outpatient and inpatient cardiology services.

The role requires hands-on coding for diagnostic tests such as stress tests, echocardiography, vascular ultrasound, and device interrogation, including pacemakers and defibrillators, with a strong focus on remote monitoring and adherence to NCCI and payer policies.

Qualifications

• Clear understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM diagnosis coding, NCD & LCD policies.
• Strong knowledge of E/M of office visits, office consultations TCM,televisit services along with appropriate modifiers.
• Strong knowledge of E/M inpatient visits, critical care services.
• Hands-on experience coding cardiology office-based tests such as stress testing, echocardiography, and vascular ultrasound, device interrogation—including pacemaker and defibrillator interrogation and programming.
• Clear knowledge of remote physiologic monitoring. Catheterizations, cardioversion.
• Familiar with NCCI edits, bundling, and unbundling guidelines to ensure accurate coding
• Must have strong knowledge of MIPS measures related cardiology
• Good understanding of payer-specific policies for cardiology procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy.

Job description

1.Have a clear understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology

6.Clear knowledge of minor cardiology office procedures such as remote physiologic monitoring. Catheterizations, cardioversion

7.Familiar with NCCI edits, bundling, and unbundling guidelines to ensure accurate coding

8.Must have strong knowledge of MIPS measures related cardiolgy

9. Good understanding of payer-specific policies for cardiology procedures to ensure compliance, accuracy.
