Job summary

R1 RCM, Inc. seeks experienced E&M IP Medical Coders with strong knowledge of coding guidelines and hands-on E&M/IP inpatient coding experience. You will review records, assign accurate codes, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Eligibility includes 1+ year E&M IP coding, ICD-10-CM/CPT/HCPCS knowledge, and CPC/CCS/COC certification. Office-based roles in Hyderabad or Noida with productivity and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hands-on E&M IP coding experience.
• Solid knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and E&M concepts.
• Strong medical terminology, anatomy and physiology knowledge.
• Good analytical and medical-record interpretation abilities.
• Attention to detail with focus on coding accuracy and quality.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• CPC, CCS, or COC certification required.

• Candidates should possess proper employment documents from their previous organization.
