Job summary

CorroHealth is hiring AM-HIM Services (ENM/IP & OP) for Noida location. Lead and manage a team of E&M coders handling inpatient and outpatient coding, ensuring daily productivity, quality, and timely delivery.

You will monitor accuracy, ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and payer guidelines, conduct audits, mentor staff, and publish performance reports while supporting recruitment and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare field.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of E&M coders handling Inpatient (IP) and Outpatient (OP) coding activities.
• Ensure daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets are consistently achieved.
• Monitor coding accuracy and compliance with client-specific requirements, ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits and quality reviews to identify coding errors and implement corrective actions.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to improve coding proficiency and performance.
• Handle client queries, escalations, and operational issues effectively.
• Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze productivity and quality trends and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities for the team.
• Assist in resource planning and workload allocation based on business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, HIPAA, and organizational policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance appraisal activities.
• Conduct team huddles and one-on-one discussions to address operational challenges and enhance employee engagement.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Physiotherapy, Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, or any related healthcare field.
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC), CPC-H/COC, CRC, CCS, CIC, or equivalent certification preferred.

Experience

• 6 to 15 years of overall medical coding experience.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in leading a coding team.
• Hands-on experience in ENM IP and OP coding.
• Experience in productivity management, quality audits, and team performance management.
