Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking an E-Learning Development Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Captivate to develop, edit, publish, and migrate e-learning content.

You will convert and update web-based training courses, generate SCORM/xAPI outputs, test in LMS/LCMS, and resolve technical issues while collaborating with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in E-Learning Development, Course Migration, or WBT Conversion.
• Strong expertise in Adobe Captivate and Captivate Classic.
• Experience with SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, LMS, and LCMS environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, QA, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting high-volume course conversion and migration projects is an advantage.
