Job summary

Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai seeks an E-commerce Operations professional with 2–3 years experience to manage end-to-end order processing across our online store and marketplaces.

You will coordinate with logistics partners, update product listings, pricing, and inventory on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy, and generate weekly KPIs to optimise performance. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with IMS are preferred; ability to handle peak sale periods calmly is

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with a D2C brand.
• Proficiency with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Familiarity with shipping aggregators like Shiprocket/Delhivery and Inventory Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from payment to dispatch and delivery across all sales channels.
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory syncing on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy.
• Monitor stock levels in real-time to prevent stockouts of high-demand items.
• Liaise with courier partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely pickups and optimize shipping costs.
• Handle reverse logistics (Returns/Exchanges) with quality checks before restocking.
• Provide tracking info and ETAs to the customer service team for delivery queries.
• Generate weekly reports on KPIs like Order-to-Ship time, RTO, and NDR management.

Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations professional with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage the "engine room" of our online business. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order placed IN COMPANY and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) is processed, packed, and delivered with precision. You will bridge the gap between our digital storefront and physical fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order lifecyclefrom payment confirmation to dispatch and delivery across all sales channels.
• Marketplace Operations: Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory syncing on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in real-time to prevent stockouts of high-demand items like our Proflx and Carbon Fiber paddles.
• Logistics & 3PL Coordination: Liaise with courier partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely pickups, track delayed shipments, and optimize shipping costs.
• Returns & RTO Management: Handle reverse logistics (Returns/Exchanges) efficiently, ensuring quality checks are conducted before restocking.
• Customer Support Integration: Provide the customer service team with accurate tracking info and ETAs to resolve delivery-related queries.
• Data Reporting: Generate weekly reports on operational KPIs like Order-to-Ship time, RTO percentages, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years in E-commerce operations. Direct experience with a D2C brand is highly preferred.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Shopify (Backend), Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub. Familiarity with shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
• Location: Must be based in Mumbai for close coordination with the headquarters.
• Analytical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage large sets of order and inventory data.
• Problem Solving: Ability to stay calm and find solutions when logistics delays or technical glitches occur during peak sale periods.
