Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations professional with 2–3 years of experience to manage the engine room of our online business.

You will ensure that every order placed on our website and marketplaces is processed, packed, and delivered with precision, bridging the digital storefront and physical fulfillment. You will coordinate orders across Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy, monitor stock in real time, and work with courier

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in E-commerce operations
• Direct experience with a D2C brand is highly preferred
• Proficiency in Shopify (Backend), Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub. Familiarity with shipping aggregators and IMS
• Location: must be based in Mumbai for HQ coordination
• Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large datasets

Responsabilités

• Oversee the end-to-end order lifecycle from payment confirmation to dispatch and delivery across all sales channels
• Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory syncing on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy
• Monitor stock levels in real-time to prevent stockouts of high-demand items
• Liaise with courier partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely pickups and optimize shipping costs
• Handle reverse logistics (Returns/Exchanges) efficiently and restock after quality checks
• Provide the customer service team with accurate tracking info and ETAs
• Generate weekly reports on operational KPIs like Order-to-Ship time and NDR management

Role & responsibilities

Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations professional with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage the "engine room" of our online business. You will be responsible for ensuring that every order placed IN COMPANY and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart) is processed, packed, and delivered with precision. You will bridge the gap between our digital storefront and physical fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management: Oversee the end-to-end order lifecyclefrom payment confirmation to dispatch and delivery across all sales channels.
• Marketplace Operations: Manage product listings, pricing updates, and inventory syncing on Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopsy.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels in real-time to prevent stockouts of high-demand items like our Proflx and Carbon Fiber paddles.
• Logistics & 3PL Coordination: Liaise with courier partners and 3PL providers to ensure timely pickups, track delayed shipments, and optimize shipping costs.
• Returns & RTO Management: Handle reverse logistics (Returns/Exchanges) efficiently, ensuring quality checks are conducted before restocking.
• Customer Support Integration: Provide the customer service team with accurate tracking info and ETAs to resolve delivery-related queries.
• Data Reporting: Generate weekly reports on operational KPIs like Order-to-Ship time, RTO percentages, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2–3 years in E-commerce operations. Direct experience with a D2C brand is highly preferred.
• Tech Stack: Proficiency in Shopify (Backend), Amazon Seller Central, and Flipkart Seller Hub. Familiarity with shipping aggregators (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery) and Inventory Management Systems (IMS).
• Location: Must be based in Mumbai for close coordination with the headquarters.
• Analytical Skills: Strong command over MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) to manage large sets of order and inventory data.
• Problem Solving: Ability to stay calm and find solutions when logistics delays or technical glitches occur during peak sale periods.
