Responsibilities:

• 1. Manage and optimize our presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others.
• 2. Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve visibility, and drive traffic to our online stores.
• 3. Conduct keyword research and analysis to enhance product listings and improve search rankings.
• 4. Create and manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform guidelines.
• 5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to develop and execute integrated e-commerce campaigns.
• 7. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce and online retail.
• 8. Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, such as fulfillment centers, agencies, and technology partners.
• 9. Conduct regular audits of online listings and content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand standards.
• 10. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on e-commerce performance, KPIs, and key metrics.
