Job description

1. Strategy Development: Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with the company's goals, considering market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
2. Online Sales Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective online marketing campaigns, promotions, and optimization of the e-commerce platform.
3. Website Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce website, including product catalog management, pricing, inventory management, and order processing.
4. User Experience Enhancement: Continuously analyze user behavior, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance the website's user experience, conversion rate, and customer retention.
5. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement digital marketing initiatives, including email marketing and social media advertising, to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the e-commerce platform.
