• Analyze campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and improve conversions.
• Keep updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our affiliate programs competitive.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience managing affiliate marketing programs (in‑house or agency).
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., HasOffers, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate).
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams (finance, sales, etc.).
• No formal degree needed; portfolio of successful affiliate campaigns is highly valued.
