Job summary

Tejoo Fashions seeks an e-commerce coordinator to manage the Shopify store, upload product media, pricing and inventory, and implement discount campaigns. You will process orders via Shiprocket and coordinate fulfillment, shipping, returns, and support.

You will ensure listings are accurate, monitor performance, and resolve issues promptly to maintain a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a Shopify store.
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and inventory.
• Create and manage discount coupons and sales schemes.
• Experience processing orders via Shiprocket.
• Coordinate fulfillment, shipping, returns, and customer support.
• Ensure accurate product listings and content.
• Monitor store performance and resolve issues promptly.
