Job summary

Elle Electricals Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai is seeking a hands-on E-commerce Operations professional to manage product listings and marketplace performance across major platforms.

You'll oversee catalog updates, pricing, inventory, and campaigns, collaborate with warehousing, and analyze sales data to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years in E-commerce, knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart, IndiaMART, Shopify, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce operations
• Experience in Electrical / FMCG / D2C / Manufacturing industry preferred
• Good understanding of SEO, product cataloging, inventory and order management

Responsibilities

• Marketplace Operations - Manage end-to-end product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART, IndustryBazaar & company website - Ensure 100% accurate product descriptions, images, and compliance for electrical SKUs
• Sales & Growth - Track daily sales, orders, returns, and marketplace performance dashboards - Plan and execute offers, coupons, and campaigns to improve visibility and conversion - Coordinate with warehouse for timely dispatch, stock updates, and order fulfillment
• Content & Product - Create SEO-optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions for electrical products - Work with the design team for product images, A+ content, banners, and creatives - Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and Q&A. Resolve escalations
• Analytics & Coordination - Prepare weekly reports on sales, traffic, ad spends, and competitor pricing - Coordinate with Marketing for ads, Accounts for payments/reconciliation, and SCM for stock - Identify growth opportunities and provide inputs to improve online bussiness
