Role Description

This full-time, on-site E-Commerce Executive role is based in Ghaziabad and is responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations. Key tasks include overseeing product listings across online marketplaces, maintaining accurate pricing and inventory, and coordinating promotions and campaigns to drive sales. The role involves monitoring performance dashboards, analyzing traffic and conversion data, and preparing regular reports to support decision-making. The E-Commerce Executive will collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to improve customer experience, resolve issues, and support revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include managing vendor and platform relationships, ensuring compliance with marketplace guidelines, and contributing ideas to optimize online visibility.
