Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Dynatrace Administrator (L2/L3) for Mumbai. This role focuses on hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and platform ownership in large enterprise environments.

5+ years of relevant experience, with strong exposure to end-to-end Dynatrace implementations, cloud monitoring, and ITSM integrations. The position is based in Mumbai (Navi Mumbai – Belapur/Seawoods) with 5 days work-from-office and 24x7 rotational shifts.

Qualifications

• End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgrade.
• At least one PoC or solution design ownership.
• Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes).
• Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHP.
• Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interaction.
• Experience in team handling / shift planning / governance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure OneAgent and manage lifecycle.
• Set up ActiveGate, clustering and routing.
• Define monitoring architecture with management zones and tagging.
• Create detection rules, alerts, and dashboard configurations.
• Integrate with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira.
• Lead incident handling and SLA adherence with cross-functional teams.

We are specifically looking for experienced professionals (5+ years) with strong hands-on expertise in Dynatrace administration and platform ownership in large enterprise environments.
