Job summary

Dynatrace Administrator role based in Chennai requires 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on Dynatrace administration. You will administer, configure, and maintain the Dynatrace platform, monitor performance across applications, infra, and cloud environments, and configure dashboards, alerts, and reports.

Collaborate with ITSM and CI/CD teams, support incident and availability management, and ensure health of agents across environments with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of IT experience with hands-on Dynatrace Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.
• Experience in Dynatrace OneAgent deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Expertise in dashboards, custom metrics, alerting, and reporting.
• Good understanding of Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and automation scripts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
