Job summary

Infrabyte Technology Solution Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 SME/Lead to drive MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service and related Microsoft platforms.

The role requires 8–10 years of hands-on experience, strong architectural skills, and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions. You will collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver robust CRM projects.

Qualifications

• SME/Lead with 8+ years in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing
• Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration
• Able to communicate complex business information to technical and business audiences
• Able to manage client-facing communication, facilitate customer meetings, capture and distribute actions
• Create robust, scalable architectures and designs with configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations
• Strong knowledge of ESB/ETL Technology, preferably Kingswaysoft

A SME/Lead of relevant experience in MS Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation and other emerging Microsoft software.

Proficient in Visual Studio, PowerBI/Tableau, O365 & D365 Administration, SQL Server Data Tools, and Team Foundation Server, Azure Development Tools, Logic Apps, PowerApps

Ability to communicate complex business information to technical audiences and complex technical information to business audiences.

Ability to manage client-facing communication, to facilitate customer meetings and capture and distribute action items.

Ability to Create robust, performance-optimized, efficient, scalable, reusable, and value-creating architectures as well as functional and non-functional designs to fulfill solution requirements. Includes all types of solution components, such as configuration, code objects, forms, workflows, reports, and integrations.

Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for assigned applications.

Strong concepts on ESB/ETL Technology preferably with Kingswaysoft

Knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales & Marketing, Social Engagement, Field Service, Project Service Automation and other emerging Microsoft software.

Ability to elicit technical and functional requirements to create visual representations of business processes.
