We are looking for a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development, customization, and integration. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions based on business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Design and develop Power Platform solutions including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third‑party applications and APIs.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of CRM applications.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE development.
• Experience with Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, Web APIs, and SSRS Reports.
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Azure services and CRM integrations is preferred.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem‑solving and communication skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications will be an added advantage.
