Job summary

Oceaneering International Inc. in India is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Analyst to analyze, resolve issues, and deliver reliable Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions in a global context.

You will collaborate with senior developers and stakeholders to build out apps, troubleshoot root causes, and ensure scalable, user-friendly tooling for Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, and Project Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or MIS with applicable experience.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub.
• 1+ year in business systems development, analysis and support.
• 1+ year experience with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and custom connectors.
• 1 year experience with SharePoint interactions with Dynamics 365 and Azure.
• Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform/ Dynamics 365 functional roles.
• JIRA experience.
• Strong OO principles and design patterns knowledge.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Job Description

The Dynamics 365 CRM Developer/Analyst collaborates with senior developers and business stakeholders to analyze and resolve functional issues, improve processes, and provide reliable, user-friendly tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement variety of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 centric solutions.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues within Sales Hub, Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations, and the custom model-driven app, partnering with business stakeholders to troubleshoot root cause.
• Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new apps and features.
• Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and others.
• Participate in design, code and test review cycles.
• Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and Power Platform can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
• Quickly learn new technologies, platforms and deliver proof-of-concept solutions and/or prototypes.
• Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of custom workflow solutions to clients upon request.
  

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, orequivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Dynamics 365 Customer Insight Journeys, Project Operations, and custom model-driven apps.
• Minimum 1 years of business systems development, analysis and support experience.
• Minimum 1 years of experience with development in Dynamics 365, Dataverse and other custom connectors.
• Minimum 1 year experience of SharePoint interactions with Dynamics 365 and Azure
• Microsoft and other technical certifications (such as Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate)
• JIRA experience
• Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
• Expert knowledge in database design and development
• Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology
