Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Delhi seeks a Dynamics 365/Power Platform expert to analyze business needs and craft integrated solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing and ERP modules.

You will design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 apps, build Power Apps and Automate flows, and connect systems via REST APIs and Azure services, while ensuring quality through UAT support and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Dataverse.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs.
• Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing or Retail domains is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Operations, or CRM.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Support UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
• Create Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
