Tekskills Inc. in India seeks a Dynamics 365 professional to design and deliver CRM solutions. You will work with Power Platform, Dataverse, and integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring modules, building plugins and APIs, and delivering reports with Power BI. Global collaboration is expected.

Formación

• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Dataverse in enterprise deployments.
• Proficiency in Power Platform and building business apps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with stakeholder focus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in BFSI/Healthcare/Manufacturing or Retail is a plus.
• Nice-to-have Copilot for Dynamics 365 and Azure AI integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Design and implement Dynamics 365 solutions aligned with business processes.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance & Operations, or CRM.
• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and solution design documents.
• Support UAT, training, and deployment activities.
• Develop plugins, workflows, custom APIs, and integrations.
• Create Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
